Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud
Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud family of products drives effective talent acquisition within the modern enterprise. The cloud solution enables scalable approval and management of job requisitions, superior candidate experience (sourcing and branding of modern career sites, relationship management, and job application), candidate selection workflow (qualification, evaluation, and interview), job offer, and employee onboarding.
Oracle continues its ongoing investments around intuitive user experience for external and internal candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR administrators. This includes development of core areas such as modern interfaces with multi-device support, configurable decision and approval workflow processes, actionable business insights and reporting, tighter integration with other HCM functions, and adherence to hiring compliance rules.
Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service
Submission User-Defined Fields Availability Changes
Enhance the user experience by making submission user-defined fields (UDFs) available in Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service.
When submission UDFs are made available in Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service, they can be used in the following areas:
- Forms and files
- Auto-progression of candidates
- Message tokens
- List formats
Candidate Email Address Verification
Enable recruiters to verify whether candidate email addresses entered in the system are valid. Knowing that candidates have not validated their email address, recruiters can use alternate communication channels to send communications.
Evaluation Management - Enhanced Security on Candidate Files
Enable interview participants to get candidate artifacts as attachments instead of an unsecured link. The security is enhanced because it prevents unauthorized sharing of candidate artifacts and its corresponding indexing in search engines.
Enable recruiters to know which candidates have viewed and confirmed their profile. This feature ensures that recruiters know which candidates have consented to have their information used for ongoing engagement by the organization. It also ensures that candidates had an opportunity to verify their profile content when their profile was sourced through recruiters, referrals, third party applications, or agencies.
Evaluation Management – Microsoft Office 365 Integration
Enable interview coordinators to view free / busy calendar information of interviewers on their Outlook calendar.
Evaluation Management – Mobile Responsive Questionnaires
Enable interview participants to view evaluation questionnaires and responses on their mobile devices.
Oracle Taleo Career Section Cloud Service
Submission User-Defined Fields Availability Changes
Enhance the user experience by making submission user-defined fields available in Oracle Taleo Career Section Cloud Service.
When submission UDFs are made available in Oracle Taleo Career Section Cloud Service, they can be used in the following areas:
- Forms and flows
Remove Requirement of Not Specified Option for Radio Button and Checkbox Format Diversity Questions
Enhance usability for applicants as diversity questions no longer require a not specified option to be configured for radio button and checkbox format questions.
Google Structured Data for Job Postings
Add markers in the page layout of the Job Description page which allows Google to index jobs. This will allow jobs posted on career sections to be indexed and searchable on Google Search.
Enhanced Security on Password Reset
Enhance security for the password reset functionality. All sessions which use an account’s access credentials will be terminated after the password is reset. The user invoking the password reset will have to login once again.
Vertical Layout on Login and Registration Pages
Offer applicants a more modern and intuitive layout for the Login and Registration pages.
The actions for a returning user, a new user, and a sign-in partner login are stacked in a vertical layout rather than the sign-in partner actions appearing to the right of the sign-in actions. The new layout is more intuitive, and is more conducive for use on mobile devices.
Remove the friction from the steps to register or login with a username and password prior to applying to a job. Allow job seekers to use their LinkedIn account for both the profile data and authentication.
An Apply with LinkedIn button is presented on the Login and Registration pages, offering one-click authentication.
Define Domains to Embed Career Section URLs
Define domains where career section URLs can be embedded in frames.
Oracle Taleo Sourcing Cloud Service
Allow administrators to create multiple content pages that are associated to individual sites. The pages share the rich text content blocks and multi-lingual capabilities already in Site Builder, and share common navigation and branding with the site.
Remove Requisitions Deleted in Recruiting via Automated Task
Ensure that all requisitions deleted in Recruiting via Automated Task are removed from the job search results and the list of jobs displayed in Sourcing.
Employee and Job Facets for Profile Fields
Eight new job facets and ten new employee facets are being introduced which are aligned to standard profile fields in Recruiting. Job seekers and Recruitment Marketers can more effectively filter jobs and employees.
Populate Single Sign-On ID (SSOID) with Employee Synchronization Data
Populate the SSOID automatically with data from the Employee Sync from Recruiting. Customers will have six delivered values to choose from when defining which value from Recruiting will populate, or re-map, the SSOID in Sourcing. This allows easier deployment of Single Sign-On, and more choices in implementation.
Hierarchical Location Selector
Enhance usability by introducing a new user interface pattern which allows the selection of locations through choosing levels such as country, state or province, city, and address. This can be displayed for users signing up for Job Alerts as well as in other interactions with the location selector.
Enhance regulatory compliance through advising jobseekers on the use of cookies, or requiring their agreement to the site’s use of cookies prior to using the Jobs site.
Enhance security through expiring a user’s login session after a particular time period of browser inactivity.
Identity Provider Logout for Single Sign-On (SSO) Users
Enhance security through terminating an employee’s session on the Identity Provider (IdP) when their Sourcing session is terminated.
Exit URL for Single Sign-On (SSO) Users
Enhance the session management experience. Employees who are authenticated through SSO can be directed to a configurable Exit URL when they terminate their session.
Security Settings in Configuration
Enable customers to configure security settings related to single sign-on (SSO) and session timeout in the Configuration section rather than logging Service Requests with Oracle Support.
Remove experience friction for job applicants from Sourcing. The screen which collects email and first and last name information no longer appears for any job applicants.
Other benefits of this feature set include using data in Oracle Taleo Recruiting to underpin Analytics in Sourcing for all job submissions and referral ownership. Also, Recruiting Center users are informed which referrals are the result of social job promotion by employees. The need for image beacon configuration in application flows is no longer needed.
Expanded Requisition Data on Job Details Page
Extend the requisition standard fields available for display on the Job Details page in Sourcing to a comprehensive data set. Fields can be contextualized to a specific site and to internal and external job seekers.
This functionality allows job seekers to better evaluate if a job is right for them by learning more details about the job using this additional job-specific information.
Display User-Defined Fields on Job Details Page
Extend the requisition standard fields available for display on the Job Details page in Sourcing by adding user-defined fields. Fields can be contextualized to a specific site and to internal and external job seekers.
This functionality allows job seekers to better evaluate if a job is right for them by learning more details about the job using this additional job-specific information contained in the user-defined fields.
Streamlined Interface on User Settings Page
Streamline the navigation in Settings for job seekers to help them manage Job Alert and email preferences.
Extraneous fields have been removed from the Job Alerts section to simplify the experience. For employees, the interface language displayed when managing email settings has been clarified.
Employees Sign Up for Job Alerts on User Settings Page
Allow employees to sign up for Job Alert emails and set the frequency of those emails in their account Settings page.
Customers can enable the Job Alert opt-in capability for employees through the configuration.
Simplified Job Alert Preferences Management
Offer job seekers more flexibility in signing up for Job Alerts.
Existing users can now add a Job Alert opt-in, or expand their job field and location interests. Both external candidates and employees with existing accounts can now opt-in to Job Alerts without signing in. Job seekers can use the Job Alert sign-up capability repeatedly to expand their job field and location interests.
Oracle Taleo Onboarding Cloud Service
Takes a snapshot of an important form filled-out as part of an Onboarding process. This ensures the contents of the form remain untouched in case of future changes in data, and where the original form was not exported to an external system.
New Hires Upload Multiple Files on a Single Task
Streamline the user interface and offer process clarity to new hires when uploading documents in their onboarding process.
Tasks can now be configured to allow new hires to upload a file for up to twenty-five categories when completing a task. Up through Release 17.7, only a single file could be uploaded.
Oracle Taleo Scheduling Cloud Service
Interview Reminders to Calendar Owner
Enable calendar owners to receive daily and weekly reminders for scheduled interviews. Sending periodical automated reminders makes sure that the interviews are not missed.
Notify Calendar Owner of Time Slot Unavailability
Enable calendar owners to receive an email notification when candidates cannot find a suitable interview time slot while self-scheduling an interview. Candidates notify the calendar owner by clicking a button while scheduling the appointment.
Schedule Interviews with Shorter Intervals
Enable calendar owners to schedule interviews with a 5-minute interval.
Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service – SmartOrg
Customers can deactivate all legacy single sign-on (SSO) configurations and enable the self-serve sign-on.
