Maintain and view attachments in newly added zones on various Device, Service Point, and Field Activity portals. Valid attachment file formats include *.JPG, *.TXT, *.DOC, *.PDF, *.MPEG, and *.CSV.
Limit Field Work by Service Point Type
Define valid field task types for service point types to shorten the available field task type list when creating field activities. This configuration is useful for implementations with multiservice offerings and only a subset of field task type is applicable to a service point type.
Enable Field Task Type by Service Point Type in Activity Orchestration
Determine field task types in field service orchestration based on service point, device condition, and service point type.
Support Activity Type Mapping in Inbound Field Activity Sync Request
Support a many-to-many relationship between Customer Care and Billing field activity types to Meter Data Management activity types to allow inbound field activity synchronization requests to receive activity types mapped to external application field activity types and external activity type identifiers.
Data Security by Owning Organization
Restrict data access to business entities (such as assets or locations) and administrative entities (such as activity types and asset types) by Owning Organization. Data security relies on an entity's association with an owning organization and a user's association with an owning organization.
Mass Asset Disposition Update by Batch
Perform a mass asset disposition update through a batch job initiated from the Mass Asset Disposition Update portal.
Time Zone Support on Location Objects
Create new location-based data with a default Time Zone based on the User Profile or Installation Options. In addition, send activities to external systems that include the time zone of the activity's location.
Review and analyze power outages, diagnostics, theft, leaks, low batteries, and other data, including high-level geographic and detailed street views using Device Event Map Views.
Review and analyze over saturated AMI networks, total disconnections per month, and other data, including high-level geographic and detailed street views using Device Command Map Views.
