Customer

Customer Information

Case Portal

Maintain case information using a standard portal.

Process Flows for Starting, Stopping, and Transferring Service

Increase productivity with configurable Process Flow Types and associated Customer Service Request Types that provide step-by-step guides to start and stop a service, and transfer a customer to a different property.

Customer 360 Portal

Easily handle common inquiries and account maintenance request calls using the Customer 360 portal, an alternative to Control Central.

Meter Solution

Manually Complete Field Activities

Use the Complete button in the Field Activity portal and the Field Activity Manual Completion page to manually complete field activities.

Restrict Service Point and Device Data by Division Code and Access Group

Secure service points, devices, and related data by Division code and Access Groups.

Unbilled Usage Transactions Cleanup

Better understand what was actually billed through cleanup of unbilled usage transactions generated for discarded usage requests, and deletion of related bill segments.

Oracle Field Service Cloud Integration

Communication of Service Order Appointment Information to the Field Management System

Capture and send a service order's appointment information to a field management system to reduce outbound communication customization.

Synchronizing Administration Data to Oracle Field Service Cloud

Reduce manual work and integration errors by synchronizing administrative data with Oracle Field Service Cloud.

Smart Grid Gateway Adapters

Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway Command Test Harness Deployment

Use the Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway Cloud Service Test Harness to test AMI commands when test meters are not available.

To Do Management

Reduction of Redundant To Dos for Communication Objects

Reduce the creation of redundant To Do entries for failed transactions and generate more accurate To Do Type reporting statistics.

Operational Device

Implementation Tools

Contextual Insights

Contextual Insights provide a way to surface focused intelligence and alerts to users in the context of the core screens for any applications built on Oracle Utilities Application Framework. There are multiple options for the visual patterns when surfacing Contextual Insights and user actions are easily configurable.

Tree Metadata

Define new tree metadata to make use of user interface tree structures to display hierarchical data in many of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework products. The Trees admin object provides the ability to define a tree structure and the rules on how to populate it. Processes to interpret the configuration and dynamically render the tree display are supplied to enable trees to be incorporated into various user interfaces based on the configuration.

Utilities Testing Accelerator

Conditional Skipping of Components in Flow Run

Specify whether to skip or run a component in a test flow run with finer control based on custom conditional statements. You can select to run or skip one or more components based on the outcome of the previous component step or Flow Test Data set.

Generic Web Service Operation Names

Provide a generic and more user-friendly set of operation names in your component's test data page in a flow instead of viewing the Inbound Web Service operation names.

Stop Flow Run

Use the Stop button in the Flow Run screen to interrupt a test flow run in-progress. This allows you to gracefully stop the flow to correct test data or resolve environmental issues.

System Wide

Database Changes

See a preview of the database changes coming for 21A in the Oracle Utilities Cloud Services Database Changes Guide.
