Effective March 2023, Oracle will offer expanded Customer access to their invoices in the Billing Center. Contacts that receive emailed copies of the invoice will be able to log into Billing Center to perform various actions, such as viewing their invoice history. Please see the Billing Center FAQs for other things the Billing Center can help with.
In most countries, Oracle's default invoice delivery method is email. The invoice delivers to the Bill To contact email address provided on the order. With additional set up, the email can also include established account-level contacts or dunning-level contacts (where applicable).
