Oracle Corporation Japan has set a Quiet Period. Quiet Period begins two weeks before the end of the quarter and ends once Oracle Corporation Japan announces its quarterly earnings.
During this period, Oracle Corporation Japan shall refrain from announcing its financial results.

Schedule for Announcement of Financial Results, Annual Shareholders’Meeting

Fiscal Year 2013	4th Quarter Financial Result Announcement and Analysts Conference call	June 27, 2013
	3rd Quarter Financial Result Announcement and Analysts Conference call	March 26, 2013
	2nd Quarter Financial Result Announcement and Analysts Conference call	December 21, 2012
	1st Quarter Financial Result Announcement and Analysts Conference call	September 25, 2012
	27th Annual Shareholders' Meeting	August 24, 2012

Oracle Japan will hold analysts conferences on the same day or the day after the financial results announcements.
The conferences will be conducted in Japanese. The schedule of the announcements and analysts conferences will be announced on Oracle Japan's Investor Relations website.

Quiet Period

In order to prevent information leaks which affect stock prices during the preparation of announcements of financial results, Oracle Corporation Japan has set a fixed period before and after announcement as a “quiet period” and shall refrain from coverage regarding financial results during this period.

However, in the event of a large deviation from previously announced predictive statements, even during the quiet period, Oracle Corporation Japan will disclose information as it considers appropriate.

The quiet periods will in principle be as follows.

1st Quarter	From August 1 to the announcement of financial results
2nd Quarter	From November 1 to the announcement of financial results
3rd Quarter	From February 1 to the announcement of financial results
4th Quarter	From May 1 to the announcement of financial results
