He has significant experience in developing a vision, building teams and organizations, executing business process design, and implementing change management.

In his career, Mr. Wood has worked for several Fortune 500 companies. His tenure at FedEx has reached the 22 year milestone. Mr. Wood also served for 10 years as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy.
