The US Department of War (DoW) oversees the nation’s armed forces and defense operations. To streamline the acquisition of Oracle commercial software and services, the Department awarded Oracle a 10-year, single-award IDIQ contract under the Department of War Enterprise Software Initiative. The contract provides authorized DoW organizations—and government contractors acting under an approved Letter of Authorization—with a standardized ordering path for eligible Oracle products and services, supporting consistent terms, enterprise pricing, and more efficient procurement.

US Office of Personnel Management
The US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) leads workforce policy and human resources programs for federal agencies. OPM awarded Oracle the Federal HRIT Modernization Core Human Capital Management (HCM) contract to consolidate more than 100 outdated and duplicative federal HR systems into a single, secure, cloud-based platform. Absci
Absci is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that combines AI-driven drug discovery with protein engineering and laboratory testing to design better biologics. To support the complex protein-design models and generative biology workloads running on its Origin-1 platform, the company expanded its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environment with additional high performance CPU and GPU capacity. On July 23, 2026, Oracle was awarded a landmark Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) contract vehicle by the US Department of War (DoW). Structured as a single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, the agreement carries a $3.31 billion base value and a total potential value of $6.99 billion over 10 years. By replacing fragmented, decentralized procurement stovepipes across defense components with a single, high-volume framework, the DoW projects that the consolidated vehicle will eliminate costly redundancies and save American taxpayers at least $441 million over its lifecycle.

Houston Independent School District (HISD), the largest public school district in Texas and the eighth largest in the United States, provides educational programs and services to students across a broad network of schools. To bring HR, finance, procurement, operations, and field service processes onto one cloud platform, HISD selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with support from Oracle Customer Success Services. The implementation has standardized core business processes, improved coordination across operational teams, and given the district a more consistent platform for managing essential administrative services.

The National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) is Italy’s primary institution for researching and monitoring earthquakes, volcanoes, and other geophysical phenomena to advance scientific knowledge and promote public safety. As Kerzner continues to expand its global portfolio of luxury resorts, hotels, private residences, and wellness-focused hospitality experiences, the company is modernizing a complex landscape of legacy business systems with a unified, scalable, and secure cloud platform. McLane Company
McLane Company, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, is one of the largest US distributors, delivering more than 10 billion pounds of merchandise each year to about 110,000 retail and restaurant locations through more than 80 distribution centers. As part of its digital and technology transformation and to bring its retail and restaurant operations onto a common system, McLane selected Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle AI and analytics capabilities. MGM Resorts International is a global gaming and entertainment company with national and international locations featuring best-in-class hotels and casinos, including Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, and Park MGM. To continue its modernization of mission-critical hotel operations across its North American properties, MGM has recently gone live with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Property Management and Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Guest Engagement and Merchandising. With these OPERA Cloud solutions, MGM aims to improve staff and guest experiences through loyalty integration, faster check-in, kiosk modernization, and a more resilient cloud-based hospitality platform.
National Water Company
National Water Company is Saudi Arabia’s leading water utility provider, delivering water and wastewater services across the country.
