Oracle Defence Tech Summit will take place on 25 June 2026 at The Hotel Brussels in Brussels, Belgium.

Oracle Defence Tech Summit is a complimentary event, but you must register to attend. Attendees are responsible for their travel and accommodations.

Registration

Our team is reviewing your registration and will confirm your attendance shortly. Please note that registration is limited to national government and defence professionals, analysts, editors, paying sponsors, and select Oracle employees.

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent after your registration is reviewed and approved.

The confirmation email isn’t required to enter the event. You’ll need a photo ID when registering onsite.

There’s no deadline for registration. However, space is limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible.

Travellers are responsible for researching, understanding, and complying with any entry restrictions and/or health and quarantine requirements based upon their country of departure. It is the traveller’s responsibility to be aware of any entry or policy changes prior to travelling to Belgium.

Oracle does not issue customised documentation to registrants in support of travel to, or attendance at, Oracle events, nor are any individual Oracle employees, contractors, or partners authorised to do so. Registrants are responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all applicable Belgian immigration laws and should consult with their own employers for any necessary letters to support applications for visas and other travel requirements.

Badges and event access

You can pick up your badge upon entry to the event at the Oracle registration desk. Badges may not be shared and must be worn at all times.

Visit the Oracle registration desk to obtain a replacement at no cost. Again, badges may not be shared and must always be worn while onsite.

Yes, badges will be required to gain access to all summit activities, including meals and sessions.

We won’t be able to transfer registration confirmations to someone else’s name onsite. If you’re unable to attend, please contact the Oracle Defence Tech Summit Team at dts2025_mb@oracle.com.
