Execution
Eaton is taking a phased approach to its product data hub strategy, after migrating 750,000 of 8.5 million parts to the new hub, which represents a significant part of the company’s revenue. The company began the migration with the electrical group in the Americas, and is working to complete the cut over for the vehicle and hydraulics groups.
