VPAT® Version 2.0 - October 2017
This VPAT covers the employee help desk solution available with the HCM Cloud suite. The product supports the ability to create, edit, assign, respond to and resolve employee service requests. Service Requests are related to supporting employees as a part of HCM processes and other internal processes. The user interface for the product is based on the Fusion Simplified User Experience. Service Requests can also be created and updated through REST APIs and file-based import.
This VPAT applies to only version 11.13.18.02.0 prior to 05-Apr-2018. It does not apply to any versions of Oracle Fusion Human Resource Help Desk Cloud Service after this. This VPAT has been superseded by Oracle Fusion Human Resource Help Desk Cloud Service (Updated) 11.13.18.02.0.
