Tāmaki Health operates 45 clinics in New Zealand, providing primary and urgent healthcare to 230,000 patients. In an industry experiencing rapid growth and a shortage of healthcare professionals, the organization faced challenges with slow recruitment, burdensome paperwork, and limited visibility into employee data. To address these issues, Tāmaki selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), specifically its core HR, recruiting, and learning modules.
By moving recruiting and onboarding into Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Tāmaki cut time to hire from months to around three weeks and improved the accuracy of employee records, contract generation, and compliance reporting.
