To install Solaris using the integrated RAID controller do the following:
1) Extract the ISO image from the driver tarfile available from the link above then burn to a CD.
2) Boot the server with the first Solaris install CD.
3) At the miniroot boot menu choose option 5 to add an additional driver.
4) Swap the Solaris CD for the driver CD, then choose to load additional driver from the CD. The system should then load the drivers and tell you they have been added to the miniroot.
5) Choose end, replace the Solaris install CD and continue with the install as normal. When you come to layout the disks you will see the server RAID container(s) available as volumes.
