Gary Miller

Customer Success Officer and EVP, Oracle

Gary Miller is Oracle’s customer success officer and executive vice president of Oracle Customer Success Services. His primary objective is to accelerate success and deliver outcomes for Oracle customers to help them efficiently achieve their transformational goals. Gary is dedicated to driving and executing a customer-centric, services-led strategy that enables every customer and partner—including Oracle’s largest global enterprise clients—to succeed by forging deep relationships and using Oracle’s full lifecycle technologies and solutions with unified delivery and support services. Previously, Gary was executive vice president and general manager of Advanced Customer Services, a global organization responsible for supporting more than 6,000 companies and their mission-critical environments across 100 countries. Gary holds a first-class honors degree in laser and solid state physics from Oxford University and has completed the Executive Leadership General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is an advocate for mental health and well-being and is involved with innovations in prosthetics to improve people's mobility and quality of life.

Ying Loong Chin

Vice President, Regional Managing Director, ASEAN and SAGE, Oracle

Ying Loong is a vice president at Oracle, helming the Oracle technology business across the ASEAN and SAGE region. Having spent more than a decade in Oracle, Ying Loong has a deep understanding of the business, with expertise in closing large complex deals. He first joined as a sales director for Oracle Middleware before steadily expanding his role. Ying Loong’s track record shows his expertise in building high-performing teams, demonstrating business value to customers and creating stellar customer relationships. Being both people-oriented and a strategic planner, he excels at leading large teams. Prior to his tenure at Oracle, he was with Siemens PLM as the vice president for ASEAN and ANZ.

Srikant Gokulnatha

Senior Vice President, AI and Analytics, Oracle

Srikant is the senior vice president for Oracle AI and Analytics, responsible for Oracle’s AI Data Platform, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and packaged AI-driven analytic applications for Fusion. He's passionate about helping customers succeed by enabling them to turn trusted enterprise data into AI solutions, governed analytics, embedded intelligence, and AI-assisted workflows that drive business transformation. He previously served as chief analytics officer at ThoughtSpot, where he was responsible for product, engineering, and customer support. Srikant joined ThoughtSpot through its acquisition of Mode, where he was COO. He co-founded business analytics startup Numerify (acquired by TPG). In an earlier role at Oracle, he was a vice president of product development, responsible for Oracle’s analytical application products. He's held prior positions at Hyperion, MicroStrategy, and BCG. He received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering.

Rondy Ng

Executive Vice President, Fusion ERPM Development, Oracle

Rondy Ng is executive vice president of applications development at Oracle, which he joined in 1990. He is responsible for leading product strategy, product development, and product delivery for Oracle’s ERP applications and cloud services. Under Rondy’s leadership, Oracle developed and delivered Oracle Cloud ERP, which has been rapidly adopted by thousands of midsized, large, and global organizations. He's worked closely with C-suite executives and heads of finance, operations, and strategy to reimagine business processes while taking advantage of the latest technologies in pursuit of new business models and growth. Rondy holds a master’s degree in computer and electrical engineering from Cornell University.

Hasan Rizvi

Executive Vice President, Database Engineering, Oracle

Hasan Rizvi is executive vice president of database engineering at Oracle. Previously, he worked as an engineer on the database team, led the development of database management features, and headed the Fusion Middleware product organization at Oracle. He's founded several companies developing enterprise software. Hasan holds a master’s degree in computer science from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in engineering management from Stanford University.

Ben Scarborough

Senior Vice President, OCI Customer Engineering, Oracle

Ben Scarborough is the senior vice president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) engineering for strategic customers. He's responsible for ensuring the engineering success of our most demanding customers as they migrate and run their production workloads on OCI, driving coordination and collaboration between customer and OCI engineering teams.Ben joined Oracle in 2018 and spent his first four years as an engineering leader in the OCI Compute organization, where he was responsible for services such as Instance Pools and Autoscaling, Image Catalog, Compute Console, and Bare Metal Servers and Cluster Networking. Prior to joining Oracle, Ben worked at Amazon with roles on the Amazon Go launch team and in the Digital Bookstore team. Ben holds a Bachelors in Compute Science from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Indiana. After 9 years in Seattle with Amazon and Oracle, Ben now lives near Dallas, Texas with his wife and five kids.
