Known for her ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, Debbie excels at ensuring hospitality systems are not only operationally efficient but also optimised to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience. Before joining Omni, Debbie spent 18 years with Wyndham Hotels, where she held several leadership roles and made history as the company’s first Revenue Manager in 1995. Debbie currently resides in Texas, where she and her husband are enjoying life as empty nesters.

This role follows strategic leadership in Accor's global product management. Previously, as Senior Director of Product Marketing at Expedia Group, he established the foundational product marketing function for Egencia. His background includes pivotal product management roles at Amadeus IT Group, where he led global Product for core reservation, fulfillment, and e-commerce platforms, driving significant market expansion and technology transformation. He possesses a proven track record in P&L management, large-scale global distribution, and scaling technology.

Lars Schöttker is Director Digital Solutions at TUI Hotels & Resorts and a recognised Digital Hotel Experience Leader. He leads the Digital Hotel Platform for more than 400 hotels worldwide, shaping the end-to-end guest journey across multiple brands and regions.
Lars drives TUI’s global OPERA Cloud adoption and the transformation toward data-driven, personalised and seamless digital journeys. His work focuses on cloud modernisation, real-time integrations and AI-enabled experiences — guided by his core belief that digital hospitality succeeds when technology becomes invisible and the guest experience becomes effortless.
