Overview of the trial setup process

1Request a trial subscription

Sign in to cloud.oracle.com. Don't have an oracle.com account? Click here to sign up.

Request a trial. When approved, you will get an activation email titled:

Welcome to Oracle Cloud. Activate your trial.

2Activate your trial

Click Activate My Trial in the welcome email.

You will then get an activation email titled:

Welcome to Oracle Cloud. Your trial is ready.

3Set up your security

Click the Go to Content and Experience Cloud link in the welcome email.

Sign in using the details provided in the email, then change your password and set up security when prompted.

4Configure service settings

Sign in to Oracle Content and Experience Cloud using the link in the welcome email.

Click your username at the top right corner and click Administration.

Change configuration settings on the various administration pages, such as branding, user quota, upload restrictions, and so on.

5Add or import users

Sign in to My Services.

Click Users > Users.

Click Add to add a new user.
or
Click Import to add multiple users.

6Assign roles to users

Sign in to My Services.

Click Users > Users.

Click the button next to the user account name and click Manage Roles.
