Auditing users, groups, and applications

1Get the Successful Login Attempts report

In the Identity Cloud Service console, expand the Navigation Drawer , and then click Reports.

Click Successful Login Attempts. The report is displayed.

(Optional) Filter the data that appears in the report, or download a PDF version of the report (by clicking Download Report).

2Get the Unsuccessful Login Attempts report

On the Successful Login Attempts page, click the down arrow under Unsuccessful Login Attempts. The report is displayed.

(Optional) Filter the data that appears in the report, or download a PDF version of the report (by clicking Download Report).

3Get the Application Access report

In the Identity Cloud Service console, expand the Navigation Drawer , click Reports, and then click Application Access.

(Optional) Filter the data that appears in the report, or download a PDF version of the report (by clicking Download Report).

4Get the Application Role Privileges report

On the Application Access page, click the down arrow under Application Role Privileges.

(Optional) Filter the data that appears in the report, or download a PDF version of the report (by clicking Download Report).

5Export users

In the Identity Cloud Service console, expand the Navigation Drawer , and then click Users.

Click Export. Select Export All, and then click Export Users.

A new export job is initiated. Click the job ID number or click Jobs and then the Job ID you want to review. Click View Details.

Click Download.

Open the downloaded CSV file. This file contains information about the users exported.

6Export groups

In the Identity Cloud Service console, expand the Navigation Drawer , and then click Groups.

Click Export. Select Export All, and then click Export Groups.

A new export job is initiated. Click the job ID number or click Jobs and then the Job ID you want to review. Click View Details.

Click Download.

Open the downloaded CSV file. This file contains information about the groups exported.
