Few concerts you've attended can match the musical magic of this one, featuring music industry-award winners Sting, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. There'll be unlimited refreshments at this private concert, plus games to add to your experience. It's our way of saying thanks to you for supporting Oracle and our flagship conference.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from Treasure Island will be provided, so all you have to worry about is having a legendary night of your own.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers released their debut album in 1976. They have since sold more than 60 million records.

Between the Heartbreakers' recordings and his solo work, Tom Petty has won two Grammy awards and been honored with lifetime achievement awards including induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Billboard's Century Award, and MTV's Video Vanguard Award.

Tom Petty, with the Heartbreakers at his side, has become a rock and roll icon lauded by fellow musicians and music lovers worldwide. Petty's SiriusXM radio show, Tom Petty's Buried Treasure, is one of the most beloved and popular shows on satellite radio. It features Tom Petty spinning favorite tunes from his extensive private music collection.

A philanthropist as well as a musician, Petty and his wife, Dana, were honored on May 9, 2011, at the 11th Annual Golden Heart Awards for their work with The Midnight Mission, a human services agency offering emergency services, drug and alcohol recovery, and transitional programs for homeless men, women, and children in Los Angeles.

Sting

A milkman's son from Newcastle, England, Sting was a teacher, soccer coach, and ditch digger before turning to music. In 1977, Sting met Stewart Copeland and they, along with guitarist Andy Summers, formed the Police, a band that quickly became a success both in the U.K. and U.S., scoring several # 1 hits, earning five Grammy Awards and two Brits, and in 2003 being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Sting has also enjoyed a wildly successful solo career, releasing 12 solo albums and collecting an additional 11 Grammys, two Brits, a Golden Globe, an Emmy, three Oscar nominations, Billboard Magazine's Century Award, and MusiCares 2004 Person of the Year. He has appeared in 15 films, executive-produced the critically acclaimed A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints, starred in Threepenny Opera on Broadway, and authored the best-selling memoir Broken Music.

Sting's support for human rights organizations including the Rainforest Fund, Amnesty International, and Live Aid mirrors his art in its universal outreach. Since its inception, the Rainforest Fund has expanded to a network of interconnected organizations working in 18 countries over three continents to protect the world's rainforests and the indigenous people living in them.

Dave Wakeling & The English Beat

Hailing from working-class Birmingham, England, The (English) Beat entered the music scene in 1979. The six-member band consisted of Dave Wakeling (vocals and guitar), David Steele (bass), Andy Cox (guitar), Everett Morton (drums), Saxa (saxophone), and Ranking Roger (vocals). The band managed to fuse all of the musicians' respective musical influences—soul, reggae, pop, and punk— into a unique sound with a great dance beat. Along with contemporaries such as The Specials, The Selecter, and Madness, The Beat became one of the most popular and influential bands of the British Ska movement.

Over the years, the band recruited new performers; morphed into new bands, including The General Public, Fine Young Cannibals, and International Beat; and released albums and singles.

With leader Dave Wakeling as its only original member, The English Beat continues to impel fans to the dance floor with hits including "Mirror In The Bathroom," "Save It for Later," "Tenderness," and "King of Ska." The Beat goes on...
