| Java 7U21 was released on April 16, 2013. This Critical Patch Update release include numerous security fixes. Oracle Forms customers using Forms versions 11.1.1.6, 11.1.1.7, or 11.1.2.1 should consider upgrading client machines to this Java version in order to ensure the highest level of security possible. If you are using Forms versions older than 11.1.1.6, consider upgrading to Java 6u45. The latest Java versions can be downloaded from here and more information about the changes can be found here. We are also recommend that any Forms applications that use custom JAR files be signed using a trusted certificate. More information about this signing recommendation can be found here. |
