1. Sign In

2. Click Patches & Updates tab
   
3. Under Patch Search click Product or Family (Advanced Search)
   
4. Use the drop-down list to select "User Productivity Kit"
   
5. Use the Select up to 10 drop-down list to select the version(s)
   
6. Click Close
   
7. Click Search
   
8. Select the desired patch number
   
9. Select Download
