This opt-out is currently cookie-based and only prevents Oracle and advertising technology networks from using interest-related Other Information on the browser on which the cookie is deposited, will only function if your browser is set to accept third-party cookies, and may not be as reliable where (e.g., certain mobile devices and operating systems) cookies are sometimes automatically disabled or removed.
