Oracle Hardware Take Back Programs

As a responsible producer of hardware products, Oracle offers two product take back programs: the eWaste Returns Program, and the Upgrade Advantage Program. These programs help protect the environment and provide valuable services to our customers.

  • Oracle programs follow industry best practices and are compliant with local law
  • Oracle directly audits its recyclers to better ensure compliance, and actively drives continuous improvement since laws continue to change
  • Oracle tracks and reports our reuse, recycling, and landfill results, as well as the details of our recycling program
Benefits
  • There is no charge to the customer for pick up, transport, or recycling
  • Trade-in discounts on the purchase of new hardware, or financial credit if there is reuse potential, may be available
  • For select systems we offer de-installation support at no charge
  • A variety of on site and off site data security services, some at no charge, are available

Oracle will help you recycle your Oracle branded products in an environmentally responsible manner. Please click on the appropriate location below to download a form. Once the completed form is submitted, an Oracle representative will provide additional information on completing the equipment return process.

Upgrade Advantage Program

Please go to this site if you are ready to return used Oracle, Pillar, Sun or StorageTek branded and other suppliers' systems to us as part of the Oracle Upgrade Advantage Program.

Returns

US Consumer Returns: If you are a consumer who purchased an Oracle or Sun branded monitor or workstation for personal or home office use, a small business, small government, non-profit agency or primary school in the US, please complete the US Consumer Returns form.

New York State Defined Consumer Returns: If you are an individual, small business (less then 50 full-time employees), not-for-profit entity designated under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, other not-for-profit entity (with less then 75 full-time employees), the State or other government entity, a public, private or parochial school, school district, or board of cooperative educational services residing in the State of New York, please complete the New York State Defined Consumer Returns form.
