* Applicants must pass business verification and must be US businesses that are privately held, for profit, and independent of a larger company. There can only be one enrollment per startup. Business information, credit card information, and OCI tenancy details are required where applicable.
This isn't open to government entities, nonprofits, crypto businesses, service-only consultancies, blocked companies, and existing Oracle customers that have received or consumed more than US$250,000 in Oracle Universal Credits.
The US$12,000 is allocated annually for up to three years total, subject to eligibility review. Renewal requires an active, independent business that's building or running its product on OCI, has used prior credits for approved business purposes, and maintains current information and an account in good standing. OCI consumption beyond the awarded credits is billable.
Each component retains separate terms. Products have their own access rights, usage limits, and availability. Inclusion in the bundle doesn't mean unlimited use or simultaneous availability of every component.
