Colonial First State (CFS) is one of Australia’s largest wealth management firms, overseeing more than $170 billion in assets on behalf of almost 1 million Australians. Upon becoming an independent entity in 2021, CFS implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, putting unified workflows and self-service capabilities in place to improve interdepartmental collaboration and speed up decision-making. The company cut time spent on workforce reporting in half, alongside 15% less time managing training programs.
