- BASE Company recently redefined its HR strategy. The company decided to set up a fully cloud based HR tool, sort of a ‘HR Apps Shop’, that would cover all HR needs of the company: from talent management to performance (engagement and effective HR Self Services).
- To build and support this HR Apps Shop, BASE Company was looking for a complete, cloud-based HR solution able to structure and consolidate all HR data on a single platform and to make HR information available to employees and managers on multiple devices (including PC’s, tablets and smartphones). The ultimate objective is to allow employees and managers to become self-sufficient in performing HR related tasks and to increase the strategic focus of the HR team. After a thorough selection process, the Oracle HCM Cloud solution was chosen.
- Oracle OPN Diamond partner Deloitte led the deployment. Delotte provided a range of services and a governance model to ensure the swift delivery and continuous improvement during and after the go-live of the project.
- Oracle won the HR Excellence Award for Best HR Technology and System Integration Company for this project. The HR Excellence Award rewards HR services providers for their innovations as well as the added value of their realizations for their clients. For the nominees, this award represents the ultimate sector acknowledgment of the legitimacy of their strategy, their vision and the quality of their teams. Other nominees in the category Best HR Technology & System Integration Company were HR Access, NGA HR, Progreso, SAP/Sucessfactors and SD Worx.
