Middle East and Africa Cloud Platform Leader, Mobility
Craig Nel is a member of the Middle East and Africa (MEA) cloud business development team under the leadership of Mohamed Alojaimi. He is senior manager for cloud business development in mobility and bots and works with a team of mobile specialists who engage with customers to develop their mobile strategy. Mobility includes the development of mobile apps, chatbots, and mobile back end as a service (MBaaS).
Nel works with major customers in MEA on defining their mobile strategy and enabling customers and partners to deliver solutions based on Oracle Mobile technologies. He has previously been the sales consulting senior manager for Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies in South Africa.
Nel has almost three decades of varied experience in the information systems and technology industries. He started his career as a software engineer and has since held various senior management positions within high-profile technology companies and financial institutions.
Nel has a Master of Commerce degree in information technology from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
