OCI’s scalable cloud architecture will also enable Niva Bupa to adjust technology resources in line with business requirements and support growing customer and transaction volumes. These capabilities will help Niva Bupa provide more reliable digital and policy servicing experiences, while establishing a foundation for the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI.
