Han Chung Heng is senior vice president for Oracle Asia Pacific and Japan, responsible for the hardware and engineered systems business, which includes, systems, storage, and appliances. Most recently, Han’s role has been expanded to cover the Alliances, Channels, and ISV organization. Hanis a veteran of the IT industry with more than 28 years of experience.

Han is a Fellow and member of the Executive Council of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS), the leading information and communications and digital media professional society in Singapore. He is also an active committee member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), the national association of company directors whose mission is to uphold and enhance the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.

With a career spanning over 40 years, Anthony has a vast experience in launching business across Asia Pacific region. Currently on a journey to build the ISV Ecosystem for Oracle in Asian markets he has extensive knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Digital Media, Publishing, Advertising, Marketing Services, IOT and FSI. He is fondly known as an ‘information resource’ for both his clients and within his sales organization.

Karan Batta is Global Vice President of Engineering at Oracle. In this capacity, Karanruns product management at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for Hardware across OCI and HPC. Karan leads vision and product roadmap for compute infrastructure components and hardware. Karan regularly speaks at conferences and user-groups worldwide such as GPU Technology Conference, Super Computing & Siggraph. Previously Karan was leading accelerated hardware and infrastructure development for major public cloud providers and successful startups.

Stephane Moriceau leads the Oracle APAC Cloud Native AppDev practice with a focus on DevOps , Container Native technologies, Microservice Architecture, and Conversational Interfaces enabling customers to innovate fast, control cost, and increase competitiveness.

Stephane has over 20 years of experience in solution architecture, product management, and enterprise software development. Prior to joining Oracle, Stephane was a Director at Tangosol, the creators of the Coherence Data Grid.  Stephane is a regular featured speaker on Oracle's Innovations and Cloud Strategy.

For the past 16 years or so, I have been involved in the creation of a digital ecosystem for Customer Analytics, Transaction Profiling, Compliance & Risk Management. My current initiatives include Artificial Intelligence led strategies for transformation projects that help financial institutions design & implement end-to-end digital experiences with a focus on digital on-boarding, real-time lending (including trade-credit), and revenue assurance (fraud, waste and loss prevention)

With the help of my colleagues at Jocata we are powering Banks and institutions with platform capabilities to create a customer-centric, unified value proposition extending beyond what can be traditionally accessed, by creating a digital ecosystem (e.g. bridging banking, e-commerce, loyalty, payments) that enhances the customer experience, increases their stickiness, reduces cost and lays the groundwork for offering them more customized digital products. Institutions that can go further and successfully orchestrate an ecosystem strategy by building partnerships and monetizing data, could increase their ROE by 9-10%

My previous experience includes conducting large scale customer data transformation & migrations (M&A), in-depth analyses of financial transactions in regulatory/compliance contexts and regulator ordered historical transaction reviews involving thousands of suspected money laundering cases. I specialized in designing and customizing transaction monitoring, fraud and trade surveillance scenarios, optimization and tuning efforts for monitoring systems, integration and expansion of global customer management platforms and development of customer risk scoring models.

Prior to founding Jocata, I worked with the New York offices of Navaera Consulting LLC and the Forensic and Dispute Services practice at Deloitte and Touché, LLP.

Laksh leads ISV Cloud Engineering for India. His team is focused on working closely with strategic ISVs in India to help them scale their business with OCI. In his professional journey of close to 20 years, he has performed various leadership roles across Oracle, Accenture and General Electric.

His team is focused on helping ISVs migrate their customers to OCI, develop Cloud Native Apps on OCI and remodel their business with SaaS-First or Cloud-Only/Cloud-First approach. He has been with Oracle for close to 6 years in various roles in Cloud Solution Engineering in India. Prior to Oracle, he spent 10 years with Accenture delivering large consulting & outsourcing engagements for global customers. During this stint, he also lead the product strategy team that developed Intelligent applications for customers.

He loves sports, music and history – currently working through a few books on these topics. He has also taken up yoga over the past 1 year and is a regular practitioners.

Manish heads the product and technology at Impartus, an ed-tech startup providing synchronous and asynchronous learning platform to higher education institutes. He is an experienced entrepreneur with a demonstrated history in the software industry. Prior to Impartus, he worked with Citigroup and Satyam Computers in various roles. Manish graduated from IIT-Delhi in 2002.

I adopt a risk-based approach to tailor security frameworks to the size and situation of my clients. I have experience in IT governance principles such as COBIT, ISO27001 ISMS frameworks, PCI DSS Compliance, corporate security policies, standards, procedures, network, server security, SDLC, ITIL, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery along with various SIEM logging and auditing solutions.
