Solutions

Implemented Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, delivering consistency in HR processes, data, and reporting, and transforming the company’s HR model across its offices and subsidiaries in infrastructure and services in 25 countries.

Stored HR data for more than 30,000 employees in 25 countries (including goals, performance, talent review and succession, compensation, recruiting and onboarding), eliminating duplicate or contradictory information tracked locally, standardising data, improving accuracy and facilitating the sharing of data and best practices.

Implemented realtime reporting and analytics, enabling managers to optimise their teams’ performance and executives to quickly gain an overview of performance and trends of more than 30,000 employees in order to make informed decisions going forward.

Boosted the company’s ability to disseminate its corporate culture across its offices by standardising HR processes and gaining the ability to uniformly deploy global initiatives.

Engie's roots stretch all the way back to 1858, when the Universal Suez Canal Company was founded. Santander Group is the largest bank in the Eurozone and one of the largest in the world. The group operates mainly in the retail banking sector across Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia. Banco Popolare Società Cooperativa was an Italian bank, formed in 2007 from the merger of Banco Popolare di Verona e Novara (BPVN) and Banca Popolare Italiana (BPI). The bank merged with Banca Popolare di Milano on 1 January 2017.

Christian Louboutin: talent management using Oracle Cloud

Christian Louboutin, named for the eponymous designer, is a luxury shoe and handbag company created in 1992. It is present today in over 35 countries.

Challenges

Christian Louboutin wanted to be able to identify the integrality of its workforce in over 36 countries, but also to find a compensation module to manage salary reviews, in addition to a budget module allowing it to establish and track a budget and make all the necessary reforecasts throughout the year. The company was therefore looking for an accessible cloud solution that was fast, easy to access and which would allow it, moreover, to protect its personal data thanks to limited access.

Solutions

With Oracle HCM Fusion, Christian Louboutin has enhanced its talent management around the world. Oracle successfully provided solutions adapted to the size of the company, while also providing a customised service for the creation of a budgetary tool, developed based on Hyperion software and subsequently linked to the HR unit thanks to the creation of a special interface. Christian Louboutin can also adjust HR development, as the tool, at present only accessible to HR management, will later be available to team managers, and to the entire group workforce by 2020 or 2021.

We needed an accessible solution that was easy to use and fast. And above all we wanted to protect our personal data, and didn't want just anyone in the company to have access to the tool and be an administrator of the tool. We chose this solution, which enabled us to be the sole administrators of the tool.
