Charles Phillips | President, Oracle | Biography [+/-]
Charles Phillips is President of Oracle Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined Oracle in 2003 and is responsible for global field operations including consulting, marketing, sales, alliances and channels, and customer programs. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Phillips was with Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, a global investment bank. Prior to Wall Street, Mr. Phillips served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Phillips holds a BS in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, an MBA from Hampton University, and a JD from New York Law School. Mr. Phillips is on the boards of Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City, The American Museum of Natural History, New York Law School, Viacom Inc., and Morgan Stanley.

Robert C. Demarzo | SVP/Editor, Everything Channel | Biography [+/-]
Robert C. Demarzo has spent most of his career helping Solution Providers and IT professionals sort through the most complex issues facing their businesses. His dedication to the indirect sales channel has been his hallmark, his passion. DeMarzo built his career at CMP Technology, which began when he joined the team of CRN and continued as he became Editor-in-Chief of VARBusiness, transforming it into a leading-edge magazine covering service-oriented companies. Under his leadership, VARBusiness did something unexpected and unthinkable: It became the fifth-largest computer industry publication in the marketplace, competing against eWeek, Computerworld, InfoWorld and other leading magazines. He has written a column for the past 11 years on industry trends affecting his readers and the opportunities that await them.

Mark Johnson | Vice President, Accelerate Applications Marketing & Business Development | Biography [+/-]
Mark Johnson is responsible for the global messaging and positioning surrounding Oracle Accelerate applications for midsize organizations. Mr. Johnson also leads the business development teams focused on defining and driving the market strategy for the channel, as well as direct sales.
Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Johnson led the marketing and strategy function at G-Log, which Oracle acquired in the fall of 2005. Before he began his career in the software industry, Mr. Johnson held roles at Dell Computer and Frito-Lay including manufacturing, logistician, materials, and contract manufacturing.
Mr. Johnson holds a bachelor's of science degree in engineering from Princeton University and a master's of business administration from the University of Texas.
John Gawkowski | Vice President, Platform Technology Solutions | Biography [+/-]
John Gawkowski is Vice President of Platform Technology Solutions for the Server Technologies Division at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Gawkowski is responsible for all 3rd party development of solutions on the Oracle Technology Platform as well technology enablement of customers and partners.
Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Gawkowski was vice president and Chief Software Architect for the Coris division of RR Donnelley & Sons Inc.
Mr. Gawkowski holds an M.S. degree in Computer and Information Science from Ohio State University.
Mark Keever | Group Vice President, Accelerators.Oracle.Com | Biography [+/-]
Mark Keever is the Group Vice President of Accelerators.Oracle.Com. He joined Oracle Consulting as a Delivery Manager in 1989 from the Aerospace manufacturing sector where he was responsible for divisional quality engineering activities for a $3B manufacturing and quality assurance operation.
In 1999, Mark moved from Consulting into his present position overseeing global operations for the Oracle Business Accelerators which are now available as an online service to partners worldwide. The Accelerators have helped change the application implementation ecosystem through innovative sales, training and configuration techniques allowing partners and Consulting to rapidly and predictably deliver standard applications to our customers.
Mark lives in So. California and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Hawaii.
Joel Borellis | Vice President, Partner Enablement | Biography [+/-]
Joel is the Vice President of Partner Enablement for the Worldwide Alliances and Channels Organization. For the past six years he has been responsible for the creation and execution of Oracle's partner enablement programs through large strategic partners and global distribution partners. He is also responsible for Oracle's partner education team which create's and deliver's sales and product education to Oracle partners via the Oracle Partner Network Competency Center.
Joel has been with Oracle for nine years and has served in roles in a number of key organizations within Oracle including product development, sales consulting and global alliances.
Prior to joining Oracle, Joel was a senior product engineer and consultant with Blue Martini software leading several of Blue Martini's largest installations. Joel also served as an Associate for the Dean of Students at the University of Tennessee where he taught Freshman Studies for incoming students.
Joel holds a Bachelors Degree of Science from the University of South Carolina.

Safra Catz | President & CFO, Oracle | Biography [+/-]
Safra A. Catz has served as a President since January 2004, as Chief Financial Officer since November 2005, and as a Director since October 2001. She served as an Executive Vice President from November 1999 to January 2004, and as Senior Vice President from April 1999 to October 1999.
Judson Althoff | Group Vice President, Worldwide Alliances and Channels | Biography [+/-]
Judson Althoff is Group Vice President of Worldwide Alliances and Channels at Oracle Corporation, reporting to Oracle's President, Charles Phillips. He is responsible for the ongoing development and execution of Oracle's Alliances and Channels programs and strategies, partner revenue generating business initiatives, the Oracle PartnerNetwork program, and the models for managing all of Oracle's over 19,500 Alliance and Channel partners.
Prior to this role, Mr. Althoff was responsible for marketing, sales and technical relationships with Oracle's strategic platform and distribution partners, and served as head of Oracle's Technology Channel Program Office. In this position, he developed technology and applications initiatives and go-to-market programs with Oracle's top partners targeting mid-sized businesses, and these programs have become some of the fastest growing business units within Oracle.
Before that, Mr. Althoff was Director of E-Business Solutions at Oracle, where he led a team responsible for developing the company's next generation of platform technologies and enterprise applications. He also helped to develop customer solutions in the areas of supply chain management, customer relationship management, data warehousing, as well as middleware and database technologies.
Before joining Oracle, Mr. Althoff was an Area Business Development Manager and District Sales Manager for EMC Corporation. In this capacity, he was responsible for a team of direct and indirect sales staff in a five state region in the Midwestern United States.
Mr. Althoff has worked for Oracle for nine years both in Chicago and Oracle's corporate headquarters in Redwood Shores, California. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
