Distribution Rights

An Embedded Software License (ESL) is a restricted type of license sold by an Oracle partner where the Oracle programs are truly embedded in the partner's application package or device. To learn more about Embedded Software Licenses, review the Embedded Software License Agreement Overview.

To apply for an ESL, you must complete and submit an ESL Application Package Registration Form to Oracle. Your application package must be approved by Oracle before you can execute an ESL Distribution Agreement and qualify in the ESL Program. For an application and details on applying for an ESL agreement, contact the Oracle Partner Business Center.

Recommended Training

Prior to executing a distribution agreement, Oracle strongly encourages its partners to confirm their understanding of Oracle's business ethics practices by taking the Anti-Corruption Training below and passing a short skill assessment.
