OPN members may participate in Oracle Exastack Ready based on their support for Oracle Solaris, Oracle Linux, Oracle VM, Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Exadata Database Machine, Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud, and Oracle SPARC SuperCluster; and, in doing so demonstrate to customers that their applications are available on the latest major release of these products.
IHV OPN members may participate in Oracle Exastack Ready based on their support for Oracle Solaris, Oracle Linux and Oracle VM; and, in doing so demonstrate to customers that their Ready hardware products are available on the latest major release of these products.
Oracle Exastack Ready provides qualifying OPN members with competitive differentiation, customer recognition, specific branding and promotional benefits, and the ability to leverage Oracle Exastack Ready applications and Ready hardware products to advance to Platinum or Diamond level in OPN.
OPN members that have achieved an Oracle Exastack Ready status may display the Oracle Solaris Ready, Oracle Linux Ready, Oracle VM Ready, Oracle Database Ready, Oracle WebLogic Ready, Oracle Exadata Ready, Oracle Exalogic Ready and Oracle SuperCluster logos to show that they have tested their applications, and their applications support Oracle Exadata Database Machine, Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud and Oracle SPARC SuperCluster their component products.Oracle VM Ready

Reselling Oracle VM Server for x86 Support Services
To resell Oracle VM support services, partners must sign the Enterprise Linux and Oracle VM Support Addendum to their Full Use Program Distribution Agreement (FUDA). Learn more about Reselling Enterprise Linux and Oracle VM Support.

Reselling Oracle VM Server for SPARC or Oracle Solaris Containers/Zones
Oracle VM Server for SPARC technology is included with SPARC T-Series Servers. Support for Oracle VM Server for SPARC is covered under Oracle Premier Support for Systems and Operating Systems.
Oracle Solaris Containers/Zones technology is a feature of Oracle Solaris. Oracle Solaris is included with all Oracle servers, including SPARC T-Series and Blade Servers. Support for Oracle Solaris Containers/Zones is covered under Oracle Premier Support for Systems and Operating Systems.

The Oracle VM 3 Specialization recognizes partner organizations that are proficient in selling, implementing and/or developing Oracle VM 3 solutions.
Oracle VM is an enterprise-class server virtualization solution comprised of Oracle VM Server for x86 and Oracle VM Manager. Oracle VM 3 reflects Oracle’s strategic commitment to deliver virtualization that makes the entire enterprise software and hardware stack easier to deploy, manage, and support so IT and business can be more agile.

Platinum Diamond Oracle VM 2 (Qualifying Specialization)
No longer qualifying after August 10, 2013
Partners attaining the Oracle VM 2 Specialization will qualify for benefits associated with this Specialization until Aug 10, 2013. After August 10, 2013, Oracle VM 2 Specialization will no longer qualify for the Specialization Benefits, however specialized partners will retain their Oracle VM 2 Specialization until the version of the product reaches End of Service Life (EOSL). Partners are encouraged to meet the criteria and apply for the most current versions of product Specializations. Learn more about Product Version Specializations.
The Oracle VM 2 Specialization recognizes partner organizations that are proficient in selling, implementing and/or developing Oracle VM 2 solutions.
Virtualization is the process of abstracting computing resources such that multiple operating system and application images can share a single physical server, bringing significant cost-of-ownership and manageability benefits. Through its Oracle VM product, Oracle offers scalable, low-cost server virtualization for heterogeneous applications. In addition, Oracle VM Templates provide an innovative approach to deploying a fully configured software stack by offering pre-installed and pre-configured software images. Use of Oracle VM Templates eliminates the installation and configuration costs, and reduces ongoing maintenance costs, helping organizations achieve faster time to market and lower cost of operations.
