REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the Oracle PartnerNetwork Oracle BPO Go-to-Market Initiative you must meet the following requirements:

  • Sign the Master Services Agreement (MSA) for Oracle Business Process Outsourcing
  • Sign the Oracle Business Process Outsourcing Pricing Initiative Addendum
  • Be a member of the Oracle Partner Network in good standing*
  • Demonstrate expertise in the business processes outlined in the initiative addendums, plus understand the Oracle technologies supporting those processes.
  • Demonstrate your ability to create satisfied BPO customers through a successful track record in BPO
  • Establish senior Oracle executive sponsorship
  • Provide a main point of contact that is different than your SAP Business Process Outsourcing practices contact
* Partners may be accepted to sell the Oracle BPO solution without joining the Oracle PartnerNetwork and the Oracle BPO Go-to-Market Initiative, but will not receive access to the "BPO Powered by Oracle" logo or any other OPN program benefits.
