An OEM Hardware Distribution Agreement is an agreement for Oracle partners that embed or attach Oracle hardware and programs in the partner's value added hardware package ("package"). It applies to:
Partners that embed Oracle hardware and programs and develop, market and support solutions that:
- Include and require the partner’s hardware or software to deliver the package functionality,
- Incorporate or embed the Oracle hardware and programs for as long as the solution is operational, and
- Require the partner to support the package
Partners that attach Oracle hardware and programs and develop, market and support solutions that:
- Are attached to and integrate with Oracle hardware and programs,
- Require interoperability testing or certification that is unique to the partner’s industry, and
- Require the partner to support the package
To apply for an OEM Hardware Distribution Agreement, you must complete and submit a Value Added Hardware Package Worksheet to Oracle. Your application must be approved by Oracle and you must meet the criteria before you can execute an OEM Distribution Agreement and distribute Oracle hardware.
