Frequently Asked Questions – OPN PartnerCast

Q: My video stream is frozen, what should I do?
A: Please try refreshing your browser and reloading the page.

Oracle Employees:
If you are viewing the webcast from inside Oracle offices or connected through VPN, you may experience performance issues due to network congestion. Please disconnect from the corporate network and access the webcast outside the firewall.


Q: I see the video but I hear no sound, what should I do?
A: You can turn video sound on or off by clicking the speaker icon at the bottom right corner of the video player. Please also check your system volume level to ensure it is not set to "mute".


Q: What are the system requirements to view the WebCast?
A: At minimum, users must be connected via DSL or cable modem (not dialup) to view the webcast.
Please ensure you have the latest version of Flash installed: Adobe website

Supported browsers include:

  • IE: v7 and up (PC only)
  • Firefox: v2 and up (Mac and PC)
  • Safari: v2 and up (Mac only)
