As the Partner PRM Administrator you can:
- Manage your company's membership
- Manage and control your company's users and their access to the OPN Portal and Global PRM system
To manage your company's membership Access Global PRM and navigate to the Manage Section
- Click on Program Memberships to see:
- The Expiration Date and Membership Status of your company's OPN membership
- The list of Specializations and/or Distributions Agreements for your company
- Click on Company Profile to see:
- Company Identifier (formerly OPN Company ID)
- Membership Type (Standard, Worldwide or Associate)
- Partner Type (System Integrator, Resell, etc.)
- Click on Company Users to:
- Review the list of individuals within your company tied to your OPN membership and the type of access each of them has
- Change/remove access for a specific individual
