Join the Oracle PartnerNetwork Program


There are three steps to joining the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) program.
NOTE: If your company is already a member of OPN, you do not need to join again. Please follow the instructions for OPN Portal Access.

Step 1: Create a Web Account or Sign In. (3 mins.)
An Oracle Web Account stores personal information such as your name, location, language and industry. You must complete this step in order to get access to the OPN Membership Application. You will notice a section in the Web Account profile for the Oracle PartnerNetwork. Please select Yes for the Question about whether you are a Partner and leave the OPN PIN field blank. This will be auto populated once you complete Step 2.

  • Note: If you already have a Web Account for OTN, AppsNet or MyOracle, you may sign in with the same Web username and password.

Step 2: Complete the OPN Membership Application. (20 mins.)
Once you have created a new Web Account or signed in with an existing one, you will need to answer questions about your company, agree to the terms of the OPN Agreement and submit payment for the annual OPN program enrollment fee of US$1,995 plus local taxes (dollar amount will be converted into your local currency). Once complete, you will receive an OPN PIN which controls your company's access to resources at Oracle. At the end of this step, you personally have access to the OPN Portal. If you want others at your company to have access to the OPN Portal, you must proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Provide Access to the OPN Portal to your colleagues. (5 mins.)
Send an e-mail to your colleagues with your OPN PIN and instructions on how to sign up for their own Web Account.
