Benefit Decommissioning Policy

As part of your OPN membership, we may make benefits available to you in one of two ways: (i) as a formal OPN benefit, or (ii) as a regional offering or promotion. When we offer partners a formal OPN benefit, Oracle will use commercially reasonable efforts to make benefits available and to support such benefits for a minimum of 18 months from the date the benefit is made available. Although we try to avoid decommissioning OPN benefits, from time to time we find that an OPN benefit has been obsoleted by changes in partner needs, or by technological, market, or other changes. If we do decommission a benefit, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice of decommissioning via the OPN web site at least six months prior to the decommission date. Please note that formal OPN benefits may be subject to regional restrictions or modifications. If there are regional restrictions on or modifications to an OPN benefit, this will be indicated in the OPN benefits table.

Regional offerings and promotions are not formal OPN benefits, and are made available to accommodate specific partner needs in specific regions. Because regional offerings and promotions by their nature tend to be shorter term and limited in scope, the duration of availability for regional offerings varies. If we know when we initially make available a specific regional offering or promotion that the offering or promotion will be available for a limited time only, we will endeavor to make that information available to OPN members via the OPN web site at the time the regional offering or promotion is released.

Oracle reserves the right to correct administrative errors in the OPN Resources and Benefits by Membership Level table at any time and at Oracle's sole discretion.
