Open Source Components

Oracle Service Cloud makes extensive use of open source technologies across our infrastructure. We've supported over 2.9 billion customer interactions with 99.5% reliability with this infrastructure, making the service one of the leading examples of enterprise-class open source implementation. We are also active participants in the open source community, helping facilitate the ongoing evolution of these technologies for everyone's benefit.

We use the nomenclature of the OpenSource Initiative for license naming.
