Production Release: ODAC 12c Release 4
ODAC 12c Release 4 includes support for Visual Studio 2015, .NET Framework 4.6, offline schema comparison, network data encryption (managed ODP.NET), Secure External Password Store (managed ODP.NET), MSLSA Kerberos credential cache (managed ODP.NET), Transaction Guard (managed ODP.NET), NuGet install (ASP.NET providers), and managed ODP.NET support for ASP.NET providers. A new MSI installer option is now available for Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio.

Visual Studio Community Edition 2013
The recently released Visual Studio Community Edition 2013 is now certified to work with Oracle's .NET products. Unlike Visual Studio Express Edition, this new version supports "add-ins", making it possible to install Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio and to use Visual Studio data designers such as Entity Designer or Table Adapter Configuration Wizard.
