Updated ODP.NET NuGet Releases
ODP.NET, Managed Driver and ODP.NET, Maanaged Driver for Entity Framework have been updated with MSLSA support and simpler TLS/SSL port setup, plus bug fixes. Downloads are available from nuget.org
Oracle Announces Plans for Visual Studio 2015 Support
Oracle plans to offer a new version of the Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015. This new version is planned to be available within one month of Visual Studio 2015's Release to Manufacturing (RTM) date. As with earlier releases of Visual Studio, Oracle has partnered closely with Microsoft as part of the Visual Studio Industry Partner Program to make this release possible. Visual Studio Community Edition 2013
The recently released Visual Studio Community Edition 2013 is now certified to work with Oracle's .NET products. Unlike Visual Studio Express Edition, this new version supports "add-ins", making it possible to install Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio and to use Visual Studio data designers such as Entity Designer or Table Adapter Configuration Wizard.
Production Release: ODAC 12c Release 3
ODAC 12c Release 3 includes support for Entity Framework 6 Code First and Code First Migrations; NuGet, .NET Framework 4.5.2; and ODP.NET, Managed Driver XML DB.
