Oracle License and Service Agreement

The Oracle License and Services Agreement (OLSA) is the standard agreement that is used to license Oracle programs and acquire related services.

  • SUN Server Table (PDF)
    This table lists SUN servers that are approved for licensing the multicore processors at a 0.25 multiplication factor in accordance with the processor definition as contained in the OLSA.
  • Oracle Processor Core Factor Table (PDF)
    Access the current Oracle Processor Core Factor Table referenced in the processor definition.
  • Java SE Advanced and Java SE Suite Programs
    With respect to the Java programs listed above, the installation and auto-update processes for these programs transmit a limited amount of data to Oracle (or its service provider) about those specific processes to help Oracle understand and optimize them. Oracle does not associate the data with personally identifiable information. You can find more information about the data Oracle collects here.   • Oracle Binary Code License Agreement for the Java SE Platform Products
    The Oracle Solaris programs may include or be distributed with certain separately licensed components that are part of Java SE. Java SE and all components associated with it are licensed to you under the terms of the Oracle Binary Code License Agreement for the Java SE Platform Products, and not under the OLSA.
  • INAS Software Supplement (PDF)
    The INAS software Supplement must be referenced when PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solution program is present on an order.
  • Order and Delivery Policies (PDF)
