Mexico-based AlphaCredit offers companies consumer credit and financing, including loans, payroll advances, factoring and leasing, and more. It works to innovate while also providing financial inclusion for people who aren’t served by the traditional banking and/or financial systems. Its main objective is to give customers control over their money in a reliable, secure way.
The fintech managed to expand its presence in Colombia, gaining approximately 365,000 customers, granting more than 600,000 loans, and supporting about 5,000 SMEs. With the company’s rapid growth, AlphaCredit needed control over its employees’ data in a reliable, automated, real-time system that enabled both scalability and appropriate decision-making. It wanted to strengthen talent retention as well as to create a "self-service" culture. To address these needs, AlphaCredit implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM).

After implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, AlphaCredit cut the time required to generate monthly reports from a week to only a few minutes. Likewise, another personnel report that used to take about two days to create is now available on demand.
In addition, AlphaCredit implemented a training module within Oracle Cloud and made it available to all employees. In just a month, the staff took more than 1,000 hours of training.
