Crédito Maestro is a financial institution specializing in payroll loans for public pensioners in Mexico, providing stability and peace of mind to hundreds of thousands of families. Crédito Maestro operates nationwide with around 50 physical branches and mobile units, as well as a contact center that facilitates loan transactions through its website, WhatsApp, and telemarketing. Throughout its history, the company has granted nearly one million loans, currently serving approximately 150,000 active customers and processing between 5,000 and 7,000 loan applications per month.
