As part of its human resources (HR) technological transformation program, Fujitsu recognized the need to move its operations from a mix of on-premises system to the cloud. With 26,500 employees to bring up to speed on the new Oracle HCM Cloud platform, Fujitsu recognized the impracticability of classroom-based learning, which may well have been forgotten soon after delivery, as most employees would not use the system on a daily basis. However, due to the massive cultural change across multiple Fujitsu businesses in several countries, it still required a comprehensive learning system to drive the HR functional transformation and ease the pressure on the adoption team, HR, and IT staff.

We have our own internal training capabilities, but did not have the skills, knowledge, or time to train so many diverse employees on so many HCM Cloud modules in such a short amount of time and in multiple languages.
