Arcadis is a global design, engineering and management consulting company based in the Netherlands. To gain competitive edge, the company was looking to achieve three key objectives:

Arcadis decided to replace its existing SAP solutions with multiple Oracle applications, including public-cloud applications like Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, as well as on-premises solutions such as Oracle E-Business Suite.
After a four-month evaluation of both Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud, Arcadis found the latter offered a much better user experience.

Nynas is a Swedish manufacturer of speciality naphthenic oils and bitumen products. Its existing IT platform was coming to an end, and the company wanted to maximise its current infrastructure investment by moving its on-premises Oracle Hyperion product to the cloud.
With Oracle, Nynas gained a single platform that leveraged the latest SaaS technologies for increased efficiency and enabled the company to quickly meet new legislation.
