Oracle Portal 11g Downloads

The Oracle Fusion Middleware Download, Installation, and Configuration Readme Files page contains information concerning downloading, installing, and configuring the Oracle Fusion Middleware software, and the Certification Guide details the platform specific certification information.  For details on Oracle Portal 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.6.0), please review the Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.6.0) Download, Installation, and Configuration Readme.

As detailed in the readme, Oracle Portal 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.6.0) is a patch set so it is required to download Oracle Portal, Forms, Reports, and Discoverer 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.2.0) from OTN or E-Delivery, and Patch 13517084 from My Oracle Support.  Here are links to the download pages:
