Oracle Textura Payment Management Cloud Service is an online system that makes invoicing and payment straightforward and more efficient. With automation and collaborative review/approval workflows, subcontractors and their project partners have better visibility into activity status and can easily exchange and track documents and information to facilitate electronic payments.
