Creating the future calls for people with different backgrounds, experiences, and ways of thinking. That’s one of the reasons we place such value on the unique heritage and cultural values that our Latino community brings to Oracle. Your perspective makes our ideas better and our teams stronger—which ultimately benefits our customers. We’re committed to being a place that celebrates diverse cultures and elevates Hispanic leaders.
We partner with the Society of Hispanic Engineers and focus our recruitment efforts on Hispanic-Serving Institutions. We’re documenting our diversity journey, tracking our progress, and holding leaders accountable. Employee training is helping our employees increase their awareness of unconscious bias.
Oracle Latinos Alliance (OLA) is our employee resource group that was created to help enrich the careers of our employees with Hispanic and Latino heritage. With 10 chapters and more than 700 members, we focus on building cultural awareness, inclusive recruitment, and community engagement.
Oracle should be a place where everyone can succeed. We nurture the leadership potential of all our employees and are proud to have some of the most influential Hispanic leaders in technology on our team, including representation on the HITEC 100.
We’re helping build a sustainable pipeline of Hispanic leaders through a range of grants, scholarships, and partnerships. Our UNCF Scholars and Interns program helps underrepresented students launch their careers in STEM. Through Oracle Academy, we provide free STEM education for all.

We take pride in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month every year. We organize events that connect OLA members and allies through food, music, and dance. Throughout the year, we host weekly virtual “water coolers” to engage in networking, career coaching, or even just casual drinks and recipe swapping.
All of our employees are entitled to 40 paid volunteer hours every year. Many OLA members and allies use this time to work with nonprofits helping disadvantaged Hispanic communities or teaching students STEM skills that will help their future careers.
Your unique development journey is supported by our online learning library, tuition reimbursement program, and internal talent advisors. We also organize, host, and attend a range of learning and development events, webinars, and panels that will connect you with inspiring talent and help you stay at the top of your game.
Oracle is a proud supporter of equal rights. We forge strategic partnerships with organizations like HITEC, Prospanica, and HACU to help increase diversity in tech, provide free computing education, and help underrepresented minorities become leaders in STEM.
