Celika Caldwell

Celika Caldwell leads customer experience for Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience (CX). She has more than 25 years’ experience in product development, product management, and digital marketing. She’s also been responsible for standing up CX functions at large, complex organizations. Prior to Oracle, Celika worked at AARP Experience, FedEx, Citibank, Honeywell, and Deloitte Consulting. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in electrical engineering from MIT.

Rob Tarkoff

Rob Tarkoff leads Oracle’s customer experience (CX) business responsible for the front-office application suite, including sales, service, marketing, content, and industry cloud offerings. He has spent the last 15 years focused on the customer experience, developing products for both large and early-stage companies. Rob holds a BA in political economy from Amherst College and a JD from Harvard Law School.

Diane Walker

Diane Walker leads SonicWall’s demand generation strategy to create and accelerate revenue opportunities. Over her career, she’s served in marketing leadership roles at companies such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and SAP. Diane’s experience and insight empowers teams to overachieve revenue goals across the go-to-market ecosystem. By blending art and science, she produces innovative and data-driven customer experiences. Diane holds a BS from the University of North Texas.
