Filiz Doğan was born in Adapazari in 1968. She is graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Computer Engineering in 1989 and has an MBA from the same university.
Filiz Dogan has 25 years of IT industry experience including her positions at login A.S. and Oracle
Filiz Dogan joined Oracle in 1995 as a Database Sales Consultant and worked in the position of Database Product Manager in Oracle Headquarters in the USA in 1999-2000.
In 2000 Filiz Dogan came back to Turkey as a Technology Sales Consulting Manager. In 2008 in addition to her current region she became responsible for Central Asia. Being appointed as Technology Sales Director in 2010, in 2011 Filiz Dogan became the Country Leader for Oracle Turkey.
Filiz Doğan is married.
