We partnered with Oracle Health Network Strategic Consulting to enhance our reporting solutions. By utilizing those services alongside Oracle Health Data Intelligence, we were able to meet all of our team’s business intelligence needs through a simple reporting repository.
Chris SchaferDirector of Population Health Analytics, Marshall Health Network

Marshall Health Network is an academic health system in West Virginia that is committed to improving the health of more than 1 million children and adults across a 40-county region. It has spent significant time over the last several years maturing its population health and outreach programs with heavy support from its small analytics team.

To continue this work, MHN needed to reduce bottlenecks to make reporting easier to access and use. MHN collaborated with Oracle Health’s strategic consulting team to focus its providers on a select set of vital initiatives and use the full range of licensed Oracle Health Data Intelligence content to refine how the opportunities could be stratified, sorted, and filtered to show the next most impactful action for the practices and patients.

By collaborating with Oracle Health, MHN saw a 20% increase in utilizations for population health reporting and a 45% increase in overall reporting utilizations.[1] With increased access to supporting data, Marshall Health Network’s Accountable Care Organization reports that it continues to achieve shared savings due to quality performance and chronic condition management.
